Data in this view includes the following: DP (delayed price; deferred price) tickets; Storage tickets; Hold Pay tickets; Deferred Cash; Contracts with open balances; Open Orders; Open DP/Storage Reservations.

*Depending on your device’s resolution (screen size), you may not see all data available to you in the open view. To see all data, you may export it as an excel file. To export all data in the open view, click the grey icon near the top-right corner showing a down arrow.

Crop Year View

The Crop Year view will show your account information filtered by crop-year dates. For corn and soybeans, we define the crop year as activity that has a date between September 1 and August 31 the following year. This is consistent with the USDA. For wheat and oats, we define the crop year as activity with a date starting June 1 through May 31 the following year.

To change the Crop Year you want to view, select it from the drop-down box at the upper-right of the view. The Crop Year defaults to the Crop Year where most customers are focusing attention, but if you choose to change it, it will stay at your selection until it is changed again or until you logon again. We provide some information for prior years, but if you need detail information for more than two years ago you will need to call your Account Rep.

*Depending on your device’s resolution (screen size), you may not see all data available to you in the Crop Year view. To see all data, you may export it as an excel file. To export all data in the Crop Year view, click the grey icon near the top-right corner showing a down arrow.

Recent Tickets

Tickets that have been generated by our automated scale system, AndeWeigh, but which have not been verified, processed and applied in our accounting systems. This list is updated hourly from approximately 6:30 to 10:00pm EST.

Settlements/ Invoices

High level summary information about payment settlements and/or sale invoices. We are migrating our grain accounting from several systems into a single system. We are doing this incrementally, and we will only display information about delivery settlements or sale invoices for transactions done by the plants which are on the new system. Check with your account rep.

Scheduled Deliveries/ Pickups

If The Andersons is scheduling freight for a sale to you, or a pickup on your farm, this is where you will see the planning documents, or loading orders. And like with Settlement/ Invoices, we will only display information about loading orders for contracts executed by the plants which are on the new system. Check with your account rep.

Purchases

Will reflect your purchases from The Andersons. The view defaults to “Open” purchases, but users will have the ability to view all sales for the past 2-3 years by clicking the blue “Open” dropdown box and selecting “All”. If there are sub-accounts below the Parent account, click the yellow Name/ID dropdown to see the sub-accounts.
